Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using DGL's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Bookings and reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by DGL. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from DGL and any required deposit payment.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before service commencement are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows forfeit the full booking amount.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations during service use, and treating DGL staff and property with respect.

Limitation of liability

DGL's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. DGL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abuja, FCT.
